I recently had another opportunity to create a t-shirt design, this time for the University of Michigan School of Public Health’s Innovation in Action competition.

IIA is an annual interdisciplinary competition encourages students to team up to create innovative solutions addressing public health and education problems. The t-shirts were worn by IIA staff and volunteers attending events and/or providing information about the competition.

I presented an initial set of possible design directions based on the theme of “Solutions to Real World Challenges.” Then, through a collaborative feedback process, I refined the design until it was approved by the client for final release.

P.S.  Curious to see what kind of problems were taken on by the 2015-16 students?
